I offer a warm and welcoming space to allow you to feel heard, and together we can explore those deeper thoughts and feelings that you may find difficult to share with others.

If you’re new to therapy and the therapeutic process, it can sometimes feel daunting sitting in a room having to think and feel. However, it is just two minds thinking about your thoughts and feelings, and exploring, and working together to understand your world.

I have worked with a wide range of clients from a variety of cultures who have faced many issues on their journey through life, including: anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, anger, addiction, feeling stuck or out of touch with your feelings, stress, relationships, trauma, difficulty sleeping, loss, shame, guilt, grief and change.

I have worked both in the corporate world and also in secure environments and can understand the pressures faced within these institutions and the effect this can have on your feelings and emotions.
